Seasonal Team25 January 2024Excellent from start to finish. Our unit required specialists modification to suit HSE requirement's which have been fabricated superbly. Following an onsite meet to confirm our needs, a detailed cad drawing was provided prior to manufacture taking place. Delivery was undertaken by James who provided us an excellent professional and safe system of works prior to siting the new container. All of the team where first class to deal with and ensured we got what we wanted...wonderful and highly recommended.

This was great to work out the likelihood of us being able to fit one in before contacting the company. After a couple of phone calls and some photos in an email, we had a site visit to make sure it would work. We were very impressed by the skills of the drivers delivering and collecting the container, and all contacts with Billie Box were helpful and pleasant. Absolutely do take up the option of buying the specially shaped padlock for the container door - a normal one wouldn’t fit.

Well, after meeting the most obnoxious container seller in the South West, we stumbled on BillieBox. Now you might say after our first experience we would be positive about anyone. But from my first enquiry to getting my containers delivered, I've been treated like royalty. Courteous, well informed and prompt are the first things that spring to mind. I've missed some but I must get on. The fact that the driver was sent on a wild goose chase by a well meaning (I'm always willing to see the good in every one) but completely incompetent local resident can only be described as unfortunate.
The containers were sited very competently, exactly to my requirements.
The whole process from beginning to end was hassle free and went much more quickly than first predicted.

Jane and Matt were very helpful in helping us to decide what we needed and answered all our questions by phone (how refreshing in this internet age!) The container has a couple of scuffs to the paint but essentially is new (one trip) and comes with a wooden floor, has lots of ventilation places and is spotless inside. After payment, delivery was organised on a day to suit us. The driver took time to make sure the container was level and sited correctly. You do need to have a level site and something to hand to put under the corners. We used metal squares. There is info on the website for how to do this, so do read. We are using for storage but it would be ideal as a spray container.

My job was not straight forward and required a couple of site surveys prior to getting the 20ft container in. Jane kept me updated throughout the whole process and was a pleasure to deal with.
The driver that finally delivered was brilliant and a top bloke. 1/3 of the way into the job it got some what tricky; however, he stuck at it to get the container in place. I think anyone else would have pulled the out and left.

Friendly and efficient service. Delivered on time, and as described. Appears water tight and secure. Only minor gripe could be that the doors were a bit stiff following the repaint, but soon loosened up with a bit of WD40. I’m guessing any lubricants would get removed when prepping the paint job and considering it has been at sea most of its life, it needing of a blob of grease on the moving parts is not such a surprise. So overall, really happy and ideal for what I needed and for an affordable price. Thank you Billie Box
A good no frills service simple and straight forward, wanted a used container never saw any photos or red a description about it but when it arrived it was in great condition, no leaks, floor in great order, one or two very minor scratches and dents but its living in a farm yard so that's fine I'm sure it will last years. Our conclusion: this is a splendid container in near perfect condition inside and out and we are very pleased with it. We are glad that we took the option of having a once-used one (it is still only about 8 weeks old it seems). There is a valuable added bonus – the colour that it is painted is particularly good and may mean that we don't have to spend time and significant money re-painting it a colour appropriate for our use. Many thanks for looking after us and picking this one out.

I must also comment on the transport you arranged: delivery day was a particularly nasty day weather-wise. In consequence, the driver was obviously having a very bad day. He arrived in deepest rural Suffolk with our container on a large truck, towing a trailer with another container at about 6.p.m. In pitch dark, high wind and driving rain. He got into the yard (where the lighting had failed!), offloaded with great care and then backed around and set off at about 7 p.m. for Wymondham and then the south coast. All while maintaining an even temper and good humour. The transport company are to be congratulated.

From my first enquiry I was very impressed with the efficient and friendly manner that Jane conducted my request. The site assessor was delayed by 1 day but I did get a call to explain and confirm the appointment for 08:00 the nex day. The container arrived on time and was placed with the same efficiency. When I needed a storage container at short notice just after Easter Jane and BilleBox came to my rescue. The whole experience was fast, efficient and competitively priced. Thanks for arranging delivery within such short notice last week. When my client requested I source a shipping container for storage in the Ipswich area within 24 hours, my colleague recommended I speak to you. I must admit I was not hopeful, however when you said that you could help me and you fulfilled your promise to get a 40’ high cube container onsite within less than 24 hours, I was very impressed. You told me an approximate delivery time and that the driver would call 1 hour prior to his arrival, this all happened like clockwork. I have one happy customer which made my life simpler, so thank you for your great service Jane.

My requirements were 2 x "new" 20ft green coloured ECO containers at a competitive price for medium/long term rental. Jane handled the whole process in a very professional manner from my initial call, to providing quotes and then following up after delivery to ensure all was OK.
The containers arrived on time and were as described being exceptionally clean inside and out. Due to lack of suitable turning space onsite, the delivery driver had to reverse his lorry and trailer (60foot vehicle length overall) down a narrow road for 200 metres and through 10foot gates. No problem. He took extreme care and off loaded both containers with pin-point accuracy.
It looks like we may need another container in a couple of months and there will be no doubt in my mind to call Jane at Billie Box....or to recommend Billie Box to anyone.
